Sign into ServiceDesk with your NetID credentials.
Scroll down the page to the My Activities area below the Service Catalog.

Workflow Actions
Click the Workflow Actions tab.
From the list of pending actions (may only be one), click on the action you wish to complete.

Complete Action
On the Edit Action Item page, fill in all required fields and/or answer any necessary questions.
When all the fields are filled click Complete.
WarningIf you click OK or Apply the action will be saved but not be completed. This will result in the next step in the workflow not to be reached. Please click Complete.

Success
You will then get routed back to the ServiceDesk Homepage and see a success message regarding your action. (Please let us know if you receive an error/failure message)
