macOS Printer Authentication after NetID Reset
Synopsis
FEAS Faculty and Staff using the PaperCut print system on their macOS laptop or desktop will need to use the following process to re-authenticate their printer access after a NetID password change.

Cancel and print jobs that are currently Holding for Authentication
- Open Keychain Access
- Search for Schoeffer
- There should be one or more entries with the @ icon (see example to right).
- Delete each one.
- Close Keychain Access

Print a document/page from the application of your choice. You will get prompted by macOS to enter your credentials
- Username should be ‘ad\netid‘ (where netid is replaced with your NetID).
- Password should be your new NetID password.
- Click Connect
- Check that your document/page has printed.
