Error Logging into ServiceDesk

Many users that have visited ServiceDesk before are having issues logging into the self-service portal. This issue was introduced when a new release was deployed to our instance by the vendor. The only known fix is for the end user to clear their browser cache. It does not reoccur after clearing the cache.
