Need help?

There are multiple ways you can get support from the Smith Engineering IT Team.

Log into ServiceDesk with your NetID credentials and ask questions of the ServiceDesk Virtual Assistant.  This is a great option for after hours support.

You can start a live chat session with our Support group during regular business hours.

You can initiate a service request or report an issue or browse our self-help section at ServiceDesk

It’s as easy as sending an email to help@smithengineering.queensu.ca to report an issue and request help.

You can call us.  Use +1-613-533-2442 off campus, or x32442 on campus.

We may ask you to grab this tool during a remote support session.  The QuickSupport tool can be downloaded to your computer to allow one-time remote support from one of our technicians.
