To provide support outside regular business hours and better leverage the information in our knowledge‑base articles and past ticket responses, we’re updating the ServiceDesk End User Portal. Beginning Monday, August 24th, the portal’s default view will be the ServiceDesk AI chatbot.

What does this mean for me?

Your experience as an end user will not be majorly disrupted. The main difference will be that when you sign in to the Self-Service Portal, you will be met with the Service Desk AI. You may still navigate to the Self-Service Portal if you wish to submit your own request or incident by clicking the link in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

We appreciate your understanding in this transitional period as we navigate the use of this tool to assist you better.
