Cancel and print jobs that are currently Holding for Authentication

• • Open Keychain Access

1. 1. 1. Search for Schoeffer
      2. There should be one or more entries with the @ icon (see example to right).
      3. Delete each one.

• • Close Keychain Access

Print a document/page from the application of your choice. You will get prompted by macOS to enter your credentials

• • Username should be ‘adnetid‘ (where netid is replaced with your NetID).
  • Password should be your new NetID password.
  • Click Connect

• • Check that your document/page has printed.
