The following instructions are the recommended method for connecting a FEAS network printer — hosted on Schoeffer — to a Windows 10 computer. VDI users do not need to use these instructions as their printers are added automatically at log on. Schoeffer hosted printers are managed by PaperCut MF for usage and billing.
FEAS Faculty and Staff using the PaperCut print system on their macOS laptop or desktop will need to use the following process to re-authenticate their printer access after a NetID password change.
The following instructions are the recommended method for connecting a FEAS network printer — hosted on Schoeffer — to a macOS user computer. This method supports the authentication of users via NetID to connect to the printer(s) they have been granted access to. Schoeffer hosted printers are managed by PaperCut MF for usage and billing.
